The conference will be officially opened by Anne Grethe Erlandsen, State Secretary to the Norwegian Ministry of Health and Care Services and her Finish college Jari Partanen, State Secretary to the Minister of Family Affairs and Social Services in Finland.

Key note speakers include Kári Stefánsson, the CEO of deCODE. Dr. Stefánsson is recognized as a leading figure in human genetics and will give a talk on Genetics in the era of Personalized Medicine.

NRI are also proud to announce that professor Jane Kaye, the Director of the Centre for Law, Health and Emerging Technologies (HeLEX) at University of Oxford will be sharing her thoughts on dynamic consent - a new approach to consent that engages individuals in the use of their personal information.
